Exclusively Yours
By taking exclusive use, the Hotel is reserved solely for your use. Exclusive use means having all of our 18 bedrooms plus further rooms available for reception drinks, dining, photography and dancing. Exclusive use creates a ‘house party’ atmosphere. Any group with an excess of 20 people will be required to take exclusive use of the Hotel out of consideration to other guests staying at the Hotel.

Our Restaurant which has been awarded 2 AA rosettes and can comfortably seat 70 without any loss of quality to the food or service. We serve a five course set menu of your choice to all your guests from £44.00 per person in 2010 (from £45.00 per person in 2011). All our table linen and napkins are white.

If you would like to celebrate your wedding on a Saturday at Taychreggan, we would require you to take to exclusive use for two nights (ie the Friday and the Saturday nights) between April and October. One night weekend exclusive use bookings are available November to March.

One day exclusive use weddings can be booked Sundays through to Thursdays from February to December.

Exclusive use begins at 2:30pm on the day of the booking and ends at 11:00am on the morning of departure.

We have an exclusive use fee of £300.00 which is included in the daily tariff.

Securing your Date
We understand that arranging a Wedding involves making a lot of decisions. We are able to provisional hold a date for up to 3 weeks in order for you to check availability with Registrars or Ministers etc.

If you choose Taychreggan then we require a non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 and signed contract in order to confirm your date.

Planning
Our staff have extensive experience of Weddings. Planning and communication is always the key to a well run day. Once you have secured your date with us we will ask you to complete a booking form which gives us key information to begin planning your day.
