14 minute duck egg - compressed turnip
brownbread tart - smoked salmon

As from Sunday 12th February we will also be offering a 3 course Sunday lunch for only £25 per person. Choices will change each week but sample menu choices include baked onion soup with forest mushrooms and herbs, country style pork or smoked bread with salmon and duck egg. Main courses include delicious roast beef, locally caught fish and toasted vegetables with oatmeal, herbs and Oban Bay beer. You can finish your meal with one of Taychreggan's sumptious deserts or perhaps a choice of fabulous Scottish cheeses.
