Our Head Chef William Hay has gathered an abundance of knowledge working in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Britain.

His love and passion for Scottish cooking has drawn him to Taychreggan to utilise all the wonderful produce on our doorstop.  William and his professional and dedicated brigade constantly strive to improve on the imaginative and beautifully presented menus.
