Get up close and personal with the beautiful Harris Hawk.  Jay is his name and you will learn some hawk history, husbandry and some of the equipment used in this sport.  You will fly Jay to your gloved fist for food.

This is the perfect activity to do as a couple although you can have additional guests (up to a maximum of 5 of you) and this must be booked prior to your stay with us.
