The
name Taychreggan has always been associated with an excellent standard of cuisine.
Our chef, Colin Cairns, and his professional and dedicated brigade
constantly strive to improve on the stunningly imaginative and
beautifully presented menus; which have a contemporary and modern
European theme. Utilising the abundance of fine Scottish home
grown products,
the Taychreggan kitchen has achieved accolades and awards from
all sectors of the public and industry alike; including two AA
rosettes.


To achieve two rosette awards, chefs present menus which reflect enthusiasm and
commitment to promoting quality food. Ingredients should be used in conjunction
with season and a detailed understanding of techniques and flavour combination
should be apparent. No single element of the dish should overpower.
